Obstacle Management Quotient - [OMQ]

Obstacle Management Quotient (OMQ) is a scientific measure of a person's ability to successfully manage real challenges in a work place and in life generally. It measures the individual's sub-conscious response and mental potential to manage day-to-day complex situations, adversities and unpredictable events in the work environment.
